We pride ourselves in always putting the safety and cleanliness of our facility as our first priority!
All teachers and staff go through background checks, extensive training on health and safety practices, CPR certified, and First Aid certified. We follow the health and safety practices that are up to date with the Alameda County Public Health Department. We continue to follow medical experts and CDC state/local guidelines on protocols for childcare.
We kindly ask families to stay home if they or their child feel sick. If anyone in the household feels any symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that all members stay home until they have been tested and the results are negative. The child can return once tests are negative, symptoms are gone, and no use of OTC medication has happened within 24 hours.

Steps to minimize COVID-19
Drop off/Pickups: Families will stay outside the door threshold of the facility. We please ask that parents remain to be at the door one at a time. If another parent is currently at the door, please wait patiently by the end of the driveway to allow social distancing protocol. Wait until another parent is safely out of the walkway and in the driveway to proceed to the front door.
Wellness Checks: Before entering, we ask all staff and families to perform their own self-screening on themselves and their children. If they find any symptoms, we ask that you kindly stay home and contact a medical expert.
Masks: Masks are to be worn by staff, children (2 years and above), and parents that are dropping/picking up their children. Masks are considered to cover the nose, mouth, and lower portion of the face. It may NOT have holes or valves.
Temperature Check: All staff and children will be asked to take their temperature upon drop-offs. The temperature should not be 100 degrees or above. Any temperature under 100 degrees will be accepted into the facility.
